Content Guidelines

At Donatuz, we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging space for creators and fans to connect. To foster this positive environment, we ask all community members to adhere to the following guidelines.

Respect the Law

Donatuz strictly prohibits any content or activities that violate the law. This includes supporting or glorifying terrorism, organized crime, hate groups, selling weapons or illegal drugs, offering sexual services, and exploiting minors. The sale of live animals, endangered species and human remains is also not allowed. Online gambling or games of skill may only be promoted with prior written permission from Donatuz. We take violations extremely seriously, especially any content exploiting or sexualizing minors.

Avoid Harmful or Explicit Content

Do not post content that encourages or provides instructions for harmful/illegal activities, utilizing endangered animal products, or faking drug tests. Refrain from using AI tools to impersonate others or spread misinformation. Sensitive personal details and proprietary information should never be shared.

Original Content Only

You retain ownership of all content you post, but ensure you only share photos, videos and creations that are yours to post. Do not upload content copied from elsewhere that you lack the rights to use.

Keep Things Appropriate

While artistic/creative nudity is allowed in certain contexts (e.g. breastfeeding, medical situations, sculptures), we generally do not permit sexually explicit content. This includes depictions of sexual acts, genitalia, and gratuitous nudity. Be mindful that even innocent photos of children might be misused, so partially nude images of minors may be removed for safety reasons.

Engage Authentically

Maintain the integrity of our community by avoiding artificial inflation of followers/engagement, repetitive posts, unwanted contact, or transactional interactions. Do not trade follows, comments or other engagement for money or gifts. Impersonation and fake/misleading reviews are not tolerated. Provide accurate account information, but using a persona is okay as long as it is not misleading.

Be Kind to Others

Donatuz welcomes diversity and expects all members to treat each other with respect. We do not allow hate speech, bullying, harassment, threats, blackmail, shaming or other content that degrades or endangers individuals or groups based on protected characteristics. Attacks over attributes like race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, orientation or disability are never acceptable. Hate speech may only be shared to condemn it or raise awareness. Credible threats of violence or harm are taken very seriously.

A Community of Support

Many facing challenges like eating disorders or self-harm find support and strength in our community. However, content that encourages or depicts self-injury is not allowed, as we cannot promote harmful behaviors. We may remove posts identifying victims of self-harm if they are targeted maliciously.

Handling Sensitive Events

Intense or graphic imagery from newsworthy events should be shared thoughtfully, with appropriate warnings. We may remove excessively violent content to keep Donatuz appropriate for all ages. Sharing graphic content to condemn actions or educate is okay, but never glorify or celebrate violence.

Reporting Concerns

If you observe content or behavior that may violate these guidelines, please report it to us at support@donatuz.com. Our moderation team will review and take appropriate action. Provide as much detail as possible (links, screenshots, descriptions) to aid our investigation. In cases of imminent harm, we may engage law enforcement.

Many disputes can be resolved directly - consider reaching out with your concerns before filing formal reports. However, if someone has posted your content without permission, you may submit a copyright or trademark complaint.

By using Donatuz, you agree to abide by these guidelines. They exist so we can all enjoy a safe, supported and vibrant community together. Thank you for doing your part!
